job stream within job stream functionality to be enhanced

Job stream within job stream is not waiting for job stream to complete and it is getting submitted into plan then continuing to submit next job or job stream.
Requirement is to make sure until job or job stream is not complete within original job stream should wait for completion and then kick off the next successor job or job stream

Job stream 1 -- Main job stream(Original job stream)
1) Job 1
2) Job stream 2
3) Job stream 3

Inside the original job stream 3 activities are being performed like if job 1 is completed then Job stream 2 submits into plan and then Job stream 3 submits into plan.
That means that Job stream 2 & Job stream 3 are current planning and running in parallel but in original job stream we added them to run in sequence so ideal situation should be until Job stream 2 is not complete in current plan -Job stream 3 should not be put into plan
