Runcycle offset, extended math

Allow offsets of runcycles to be layered, as in recursive. Starting from a runcycle frequency statement or calendar, allow it to be nested inside offsets by day, weekdays, workdays, other runcycle frequencies or calendars. For example, to run on the day before the fourth workday of the month would be stated:
ON RUNCYCLE BD4-1 (("FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=1" -1 DAY) +4 WORKDAYS) -1 DAY
Or if we needed to schedule on the Tuesday of the odd numbered weeks that start 1/1/2016 when that day precedes the first Monday of the month:
ON RUNCYCLE SOME_TUES VALIDFROM 1/1/2016 "FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=1" -1 "FREQ=WEEKLY;INTERVAL=2;BYDAY=TU"

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Cloud
Product family - Workload Automation and Control Desk
Product - IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - ITSM Automation and Control Desk
Product - IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS)

Please have this RFE also include calculating intervals between 2 runcyles, for example to run from the 9the workday of the month plus 3 days though to the end of the month we would have the runcycle:
    ON RUNCYCLE RC1 FROM (("FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=-1" +9 WORKDAYS) +3 DAYS) TO ("FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=-1")

and if we wanted that to only run on workdays it would be:
    ON RUNCYCLE RC1 (FROM (("FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=-1" +9 WORKDAYS) +3 DAYS) TO ("FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTHDAY=-1")) AND "FREQ=DAILY,INTERVAL=1;BYWORKDAY"
