Export/Import Application Description

The import fúnction is using the option DBMODE EXPORT/REPLACE in one step, but
to split both OPTIONS in two steps is a better solution.
This was also confirmed by IBM. We asked IBM if they plan to implement the two step solution also
in the dialog function in TWS. We need a complete replacement of an application.

Answer from IBM
The EXPORT keyword was designed to make a merge from what is in the DataSet and what is in the database
to change this behaviour an RFE is needed, since other customers are used to work with current
behaviour and the RFE have to be voted also from the others customers
