Retain init.cfg custom user configuration when upgrading Dynamic Agent

If people are not aware that the init.cfg is overwritten when the IWS Agent is upgraded as I was not aware, then after the upgrade event rules could stop working, e.g. event rules which monitor network shares. I feel as this would benefit everyone who is not aware that you need to manually back up this file, or you need to re-configure the config file after the upgrade. During the upgrade process, the install script could backup the file, and restore it after the install is complete.
