Check subsystem availability in WAPL procedure EQQYXJPX

It could be useful to have the possibility to check the controller subsystem availability in WAPL procedure EQQXYJPX. Actually, if the subsystem is not active, the WAPL procedure ends immediately after INIT command and the job step terminates with RC=12. I suggest to give the possibility to test the result of the previous INIT command and eventually retry the connection before the step termination. Just to better explain, if I issue the command INIT IWCP REMHOST(CSE1.CSEBO.IT) REMPORT(11425) to try to connect to the controller, I would like to test the result and reissue the INIT command, preventing to abnormally end the job. For example: IF @CMD(-1.NE.0) THEN WAIT xx:xx:xx and then retry
