Enable user impersonation in docker Zcentric agents for running the jobs under different application usernames.

For now, IWS have limitation on executing the jobs only under wauser in docker zCentric agents and per IBM documentation user impersonation is not feasible on docker agents. In a traditional TWS environment, user impersonation is possible. We are expecting the same in a docker zCentric agent. So, in future, We should able to define a jobs with different username in docker TWS zCentric agent and execute them.

In a docker environment it is not possible to change the submission user because the docker agent cannot be installed as super user. If you need to switch the user you should consider an agent installed in a traditional way and executing the workloads with remote plug-ins.
