HashiCorp integration with IWS for secure connection between DB and IWS master

There should be a way to intigrate HashiCorp with IWS .
We saw security team in organation asking to use Hashicorp  to secure the connection/authentication between IWS master and oracle database as we are using XML file to pass password/Username (even its encripted ) but still that should be pass via Hashicorp/Cyberark

    yes I am talking about communication between Master and its Database becuase last week I am suggestion from our security team , they said.. Your password is getting store in XML file and getting use directly without any security
