Schedule X working day of the month

Hello.
When planning in a distributed environment from the graphical console, I don't see the possibility of planning a certain working day of the month, I have seen that it allows planning, for example, the second calendar day of the month, or the last day of the month, but I don't see where to mark the second WORKING day of the month or the last WORKING day of the month.
From support they tell me that the solution is to create a calendar marking those days, but I understand that it should be possible to mark a certain working day, since the calendars must be maintained and I understand that we had to have the possibility of marking WORKDAY without the need for a calendar.
For example, second business day of the month or penultimate business day of the month.
I am currently migrating the planning from a TWS-Z/OS to a distributed environment and I see that in TWS-Z/OS we do have that option.
 <ADRULE ONLY(002) DAY(WORKDAY) MONTH
Would it be possible to implement it?
Thank you very much, regards.
