Request for Integration of Azure Key Vault with IBM Workload Automation

Dear IBM Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to submit a Customer Enhanced Request for the integration of Azure Key Vault with IBM Workload Automation.

Our organization currently utilizes the Workload Automation product to manage a substantial number of jobs, amounting to approximately 5000. One of the key challenges we face is the manual process of inserting and managing credentials for these jobs, which is not only time-consuming but also prone to human error.

In order to streamline and enhance the security of our credentials management, we would like to propose the integration of Azure Key Vault with IBM Workload Automation. Azure Key Vault provides a centralized and secure cloud-based solution for storing and retrieving secrets, such as credentials, encryption keys, and certificates.

By leveraging the capabilities of Azure Key Vault, we envision a more efficient and automated process for managing the credentials associated with our Workload Automation jobs. This integration would enable us to store and retrieve credentials securely from Azure Key Vault, eliminating the need for manual insertion and greatly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

We believe that the integration of Azure Key Vault with IBM Workload Automation will not only enhance the overall security of our system but also significantly improve the productivity and reliability of our job management processes.

We kindly request that you consider this Customer Enhanced Request and evaluate the feasibility of implementing this integration in a future release or update of IBM Workload Automation.
