Configure Default Time-Zone for all DWC users.

As per Development team (CASE#TS013905559) - "At the time of installation of DWC, it will take server Time-zone by default and the same will display in DWC as well. Later if you want to change time-zone you can change by using "User Settings -> Click on Edit -> Choose the time-zone and Save ".

At the time of DWC installation server was in CDT time-one so, the DWC default page was taking CDT time.

But now when we have changed the time to UTC, we want the DWC page should show default settings and time-zone in UTC.

However, When I login to DWC, I see the customize time, which I never applied to DWC. When I change the setting to Default, it takes the server time.

I would request you to adjust the setting or some configuration that, after changing the server time, Default time should be the checked option for users or at least after changing the server time, by default DWC should show the changed time-zone.

However, if further user want to change the time-zone, it can be changed via user settings. But after changing the DWC server time zone (local time of dwc server) the DWC page should show the jobs ad schedules in new applied time-zone for the server.

Also, I wonder, when at the time of installation if the server was in CDT time-zone then some configuration should have been updated to show the CDT time at the browser level.

Now if I am changing the local time of the DWC server from CDT to UTC, there should be an option or a configuration which may have to update to have the DWC browser time to UTC as it was updated at the time of DWC installation.
