When creating a DWC or MDM Database on MS SQL Server, the dbuser is ignored

When I run configureDb.vbs script to crate and populate either the DWC or MDM Database, the dbuser is ignored.

cscript configureDb.vbs --work_dir C:/temp --rdbmstype MSSQL --dbname DWCDB --dbuser iwsdbuser --dbpassword ***** --dbhostname whaleshark.raleigh.ibm.com --dbport 1433 --dbadminuser sa --dbadminuserpw ***** --iwstsname DWC_DATA --iwstspath C:/MSSQL/DWCDB

This is true for whether --auth_type is set to SQLSERVER or WINDOWS.  The dbuser is not created and can not be seen via SQL Server Management Studio. The Database properties show that the owner is the dbadmin user, which is not desired.
