Enhancement request to remove character limitation of event rules for variable resolution.

    a.  We need  adhoc job having a Meaning full name, 
     b. Tried to pass the actual job name, but we can't run multiple jobs with same job name, due to iteration we need multiple triggers.
     c.  To add dynamic value along with Job name due to 40character limitation it is not accessible.
    d.  unable to use custom variable also in adhoc job submission.
    e.   Please suggest if we can truncate the variable.
