add a security option to manage host for x-agent or pool

Hello,

Security ask us to separate each application from one to another. That means that an admin A can create job on server x but it cannot create job for a server y under responsability of admin B

Currently we used x-agent to manage workstation instead of create job and jobstrem directly on FTA. When we create an x-agent there is no control on the host used and we want to add one.


In more or less one year we will migrate to Dynamic Agent, and we want to add a control on the pool creation. Avoid the possibilitie to anybodie to create a pool on any DA
