Change the color schema of the DWC to help differentiate between prod and non-prod instances, potentially open in the same web browser.

I would like to see a way to very easily see a visual difference between the production instance of the DWC and the non-production instance of the DWC.  Often times those two URLs are open in the same browser, just different tabs.  We are noticing some users making non-production changes in production since many of our objects are named the same (due to Standard Development Lifecycle standards needing to be followed).

Most other software GUIs that we use have the option to change color schemas so that there is a clear indication that you are on a different page/URL.  I opened case TS015937737 with IBM and was told this option does not exist.  A simple text change on the home page is not sufficient, since our staff is only on the home page when they login.  Once they navigate elsewhere, this text is not helpful.

If there was a way to update the color schema to visually see a difference between the DWC in all pages, that would be ideal.  It would also be ideal for users to be able to control this in their individual profile/settings.  But if it needs to be a global setting, that would work as well.
