"~/appservertools/startAppServer.sh -directclean" option in the startup script iwa_init_<Installed User>

Hi Team,


I was going through the script iwa_init_<Installed User> to set up the automatic start and stop for the OS reboots (specifically post OS patching). 

Earlier we faced issue with DB connection post OS patching. So we had to start the Liberty with "~/appservertools/startAppServer.sh -directclean" to fix the issue. There was technote for the same.

I would like this command to be added in the iwa_init_<user> script, so that we don't need to manually restart Liberty with -directlean option.

Could you please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
