The JSON Audit files should be valid JSON

The audit files that IWS stores in JSON format may not always be valid JSON documents. Specifically, the value for "actionDependentContents" may make the document unparsable.

For example, in this record, the quotes in the value of "actionDependentContents" need to be escaped:

{
    "timestamp": "2024-01-30T19:04:16Z",
    "auditType": "CONMAN",
    "objectType": "PLJOB",
    "actionType": "ADD",
    "workstationName": "PRD1",
    "userName": "iwsadmin",
    "frameworkUser": "",
    "objectName": "WINAGENT1#JOBS.ENVCHECK",
    "actionDependentContents": "sbd WINAGENT1#"set";alias=ENVCHECK;logon=batchuser@domain.com"
}

In our environment, I have seen records containing unescaped quotes, backslashes, and even newlines. I ended up having to write a script that uses a regular expression to parse the file.

This was discussed in an IBM Support case, but they declined to call this a defect.
