Plugin Amazon S3 - Using Proxy for AWS S3 Connections

We are experiencing an issue with the "s3" plugin in IBM IWS (Amazon S3 integration). It appears that the plugin does not use the configured proxy settings to connect to AWS S3, resulting in a connection failure.

Please check out the case I opened a couple of weeks before (case number below).

The support told me that the proxy "is not implemented for AWS S3 plugin".

All servers in our organization depend on a proxy to communicate externally. If you do not consider the proxy to be the “default” choice, you force us to rethink the actual usefulness of the “Workload Automation” product and we will scout for a different product to that is suitable for our needs.

Every plugin should have this option.
