Ability to customize messages displayed in the DWC

We would like the ability to customize the text of messages used in the DWC.

Specifically, the message that says, "User is not included in any role, please ask your administrator to include user to roles." We would like to direct users to an internal service desk with instructions on how to request access, ideally with the additional ability to click a link.

There are probably other messages or text that could also benefit from the ability for customers to customize.

    This requirement is not in the plan for now. The message is a generic message to inform you the issue on the role of user.
