Introduction of SSO/SAML based authentication for AWS plugin in addition to current access/secret key method

all the current AWS/Amazon plugins are currently supporting only AWS access/secret key IDs - we would like to be able to use SSO/SAML based authentication as it is de facto standard in our organization. Most of the access/systems/platforms are using SSO/SAML authentication supported with IAM roles already on our side..
