TWS FTA Deploy on IBM Storage Ceph

Background
With the migration from Physical server to VM, our previous HA architecture which relied on SAN storage is no longer applicable.
It cannot do swing over to change from Node 1 to another Node 2 in VM.
Also, vMotion if having issue on hardware hypervisor, e.g. need to replace server then need to move VM to another server it will failed.

As such, we have decided to proceed with IBM Ceph Storage as our HA solution.

Benefit
Compared to the usage on SAN storage, during fail-over we need to do manually as active passive and need unmounted and mounted from server node 1 to server node 2.
When using IBM Storage Ceph, as it active active it mount point shared actively and no longer need to manually unmounted and mounted from server node 1 to server node 2.

Tested
We using IBM Storage Ceph at the TWS deployment path /opt/ibm/<tws_installer_folder>
Tested in our testing environment(NFT), at the beginning we found out there is an issue on the FTA as the batchman failed to start and it be <defunct>
We investigate and found out this happened due to in Ceph client we are using fuse-client(Filesystem in Userspace).
After we changed CEPH clients mounting using kernel client, TWS FTA finally able to started normally as no more batchman <defunct> and it contacted TWS MDM as usual.

Support
As we tested in our testing environment(NFT) and it is working fine, we would like to have IBM Support on the confirmation support on it.
We checked with IBM Support by raised a PMR to know whether using Ceph on TWS FTA will have any impact of performance or does it has any unusual behavior?
We also want to know will IBM Support able to support on this if we are having any issue in the future and also any documentation as a reference for this.

As IBM Support response there is no support on this at the moment, therefore we raised an ideas for IBM Support to support FTA deploying on IBM Storage Ceph.
In other words, IBM Product Team should support on this as it will be crucial for us to get support if having any issue.
