Possibility to create (more) interactive Boards at Dynamic Workload Console

To increase acceptance and usability of IBM Workload Scheduler the graphical user interface (Dynamic Workload Console) should be enhanced by the possibility to create (more) interactive boards.

At the moment it seems not to be possible to create boards (widgets) with features for interactive submitting and/or monitoring job streams, especially for users with limited access roles. (i.e. users should be able to submit and monitor jobstreams but without having the ability to change/design ob stream content)

Since the neccessary functionality is available at

  • Workload Designer Explorer (search and submit existing job streams, see attached screenshot)
  • Monitor Jobstreams (could be already bookmarked but not be included in boards?)

there should be a possibility to provide this as (predefined) widgets for creating boards.

The limitation of user interaction should be provided (as is) by the defined roles access.
