Support for multiple database hosts for Docker Compose deployments

In the Docker Compose setup for IBM Workload Automation (TWS and DWC), the DB_HOSTNAME variable accepts only one host.

We have a database with a primary and backup host for failover, and in non-container setups (e.g., CLIConfig.properties), multiple hosts can be defined in the JDBC URL.

We’d like Docker Compose deployments to support the same — e.g., by allowing a comma-separated list of hosts or generating a proper high availability JDBC URL automatically.
