Enhance Workload Designer to support variable filtering and full inline display of long variable values without requiring hover.

Why is it useful?
Currently, Workload Designer lacks the ability to filter variables, making it difficult to locate specific variables in complex environments. Additionally, long variable values are truncated and only viewable via hover, which reduces efficiency and visibility when managing or auditing workload definitions.

Who would benefit from it?
Workload schedulers, automation engineers, and IT operators who manage large numbers of variables in IBM Workload Scheduler.

How should it work?

Add a filter/search function in the variable list view to quickly find variables by name or value.

Improve the UI to display long variable values fully within the screen (e.g., wrap text, expandable rows, or adjustable column width), eliminating the need to hover for full content.
