Restore advanced search capabilities in Workload Designer to match previous "Manage Workload Definitions" functionality.

Why is it useful?
The current Workload Designer search functionality has regressed compared to the previous "Manage Workload Definitions" interface. Users now face two major limitations:

Workstation Name search – Previously, users could directly search for objects by Workstation Name in the main search bar. Now, they must open the Advanced Filter to search by Workstation Name, adding extra clicks and reducing efficiency.

Partial name matching – Previously, the search bar supported partial name matching (e.g., searching "ina" would find "FINAL"). Now, users must enter the full name or manually add wildcards (e.g., "ina") to achieve the same result, which is less intuitive and slows down daily tasks.

Who would benefit from it?
All Workload Designer users, including schedulers, operators, and administrators who frequently search for objects by name or workstation.

How should it work?

Restore direct Workstation Name search in the main search bar without requiring Advanced Filter.

Re-enable automatic partial matching in the main search bar, so users can find objects by entering any part of the name, just like in the previous interface.

Alternatively, provide a configuration option to set default search behavior (exact vs. partial match) based on user preference.
