Add an "Show All" option for items per page in Workload Designer list views.

Why is it useful?
In the current Workload Designer, the list view limits users to a maximum of 250 items per page, with no option to show all items at once. As shown in the attached screenshot, users must manually click through multiple pages when reviewing or managing large numbers of objects. This represents a significant regression from the previous "Manage Workload Definitions" interface, which defaulted to showing ALL items in a single view. The pagination without an "Show All" option disrupts workflow, makes bulk operations cumbersome, and forces users to spend extra time navigating through pages instead of focusing on their tasks.

Who would benefit from it?
All Workload Designer users who manage environments with large numbers of objects, including schedulers, operators, and administrators who previously enjoyed the efficiency of the "Show All" view in the legacy interface.

How should it work?

Add an "Show All" option in the "Items per page" dropdown menu, allowing users to display all items in a single view, just like in "Monitor Workload".

Alternatively, set the default view to "Show All" to match the previous behavior and reduce configuration steps for users.

Ensure performance is optimized to handle large datasets efficiently when "Show All" is selected.
