Anomaly - Filter on Account and/or Service

Ability to not have to create a View before setting up an Anomaly Notification. Currently one can only filter on a View. Need to be able to filter for an account or within an account a specific service that we are monitoring.

Change chart values text to something that is easily readable

Currently the chart values feature is ugly at best and most of the time illegible. Ideally the text size colour etc would be selectable, but if that isn't possible please can they remove the white background and be larger
