Customer wants Utilization data for Azure and GCP via Reports in Apptio BI. As of now we were supporting a few products of AWS but not AZURE and GCP.

Useful to get usage trends of our instances in order to track shutdown in nbh, trends on hourly usage, etc.

Increase the granularity of DynamoDB metrics to support hourly basis analysis
