Azure offer reservations for Azure CosmosDB. Can we see and recommend CosmosDB reservations please?

Azure offers 65% discounts on COSMOS - this can save the customer a lot of money if properly managed. Turbo could help the client make the right decisions. Rightsize FIRST - then Recommend COSMOS RI SECOND

It would be desirable if multiple currencies could be handled by one Turbonomic

Currently, only one currency symbol can be set, so if AWS (USD) and Azure (Yen) are mixed, it will be confusing. Each time, we create a group just for AWS and refer to that dashboard, which is cumbersome.

Keep billing data statistics based on the Data Retention policy (currently, it can only display up to 30 days at maximum)

Currently, Cost Breakdown Charts can display data from the last 7 or 30 dayshttps://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tarm/8.11.0?topic=types-cost-breakdown-charts On the other hand, according to the Data Retention Policy as whole turbonomic, it is possible to ...

Displaying Discounted Rates in Turbonomic Dashboard

From customer perspective, the savings that are presented in Turbonomic Dashboard do not reflect the actual savings as these savings are compared against the advertised rates. However, typically, customer has savings plans and discounted rates and...

Reserved Instance Coverage Graph should ALSO be about % of costs not just % of machine hours.

Management at this company are more interested in what % of VM costs are covered by RIs than the % of machine hours. While RI Coverage % by machine hours is useful - can we have a radio button to switch it to costs.

Turbonomic to exclude discovering Cancelled Subscriptions

Discovering Cancelled Subscriptions lead to get the data of resources which are not actually billing and will have false savings reported from the recommendations of its resources.

if a client has a special RI Discount % with Microsoft on top of the regular RI savings - that discount should be included under the effective cost column in the Discount Inventory Widget

If Turbo can't see this special RI Discount % , then the cost of the RIs are wrong. This causes issues in reporting and also affects the decision of whether the RI should be purchased or not. If this special RI Discount is NOT visible through any ...
almost 1 year ago in IBM Turbonomic ARM / Billing & Costs & Discounts 1 Not under consideration

Customer wants to be informed which Azure Reserved Instances are not visible to the Turbo Azure Service Principal. This leads to improved cost information on savings.

See IBM Case TS011934194. In the discount inventory report available under Cloud, the column cost savings is wrongly indicated. Instead of calculating the savings by subtracting the PAYGO rate minus the 3 year RI reserved rate, the report is showi...

Support for centralized Azure Hybrid Benefit (centralized AHUB)

Azure came up with Centralized AHUB support for SQL licenses. Similar in concept to CUDs, where the customers can create a pool of licenses and have the SQL instances (SQL databases, managed instances etc ) consume the license from the pool. When ...
