It would mean SDWAN devices could be added with HA pair VIP, when failover occurs NMS will keep monitoring the active device.

we need to add utilization of interfaces on STMicroelectronics account , stmicro this in order to set condition so if the utilization either TX or RX is = > 80% the ticket/alarm not to be raised.

In WiFi plugin collector has the option to choose the peers where the AP's should be distributed Similarly, there is no such option for the SDWAN plugin or SDN plugin to allow distribution to specific peers.

Allow for more secure keys instead of Username/Password for any connection to an external API, such as used for SDWAN monitoring.

Any access to an API, especially one that can affect production network hardware, should be as secure and maintenance free as possible.
