Cost Allocation and Sharing

increase telemetry file limit for the Cost Sharing allocations

Previously, XPi handled allocations with TotalCost, but because a resource level granularity was sought, it has been migrated to Cost Sharing. The request to increase the custom telemetry metric limit from 25 to 50 for Allocations.

Have a global settings that exclude the AWS Tax

Have in the global settings an option to exclude tx (such as AWS Tax) from all dimensions/metrics. This would allow customer to avoid using BM to exclude the tax. It would be nice that this condition, if enabled, is applied when the cur is processed.
