Need to understand the best recommendation on how TADDM needs to be integrated with JIRA ITSM or IBM Control Desk needs to be integrated with JIRA ITSM for best possible use of the CMDB and asset management

Add VMWare Cluster to TADDM Integration Plugin (for ServiceNow)

We require the TADDM Integration ServiceNow Plugin to be able to send VMWare Clustering CI and relationship data to the appropriate cmdb_ci_vmware_cluster table (and also associated VMWare cluster resource tables) in ServiceNow.

Our users want to explore from Virtual Machine to ESX host and/or VMware cluster to VMwar Data Center to Virtual Center managing environment. Currently there is no link from ESX server to clusters or to Virtual Center.
