Credentialing GCP Detailed Billing in Cldy using GCS Bucket which is present in different project

Hey, The customer, JLR/Jaguar Landrover, is looking for the option to credential GCP Detailed Billing in Cloudability using GCS Buckets, which is present in another project. Is this something that can be considered?
