We need the Event for ACE Integration Node offline and should be able to generate separate Alerts for PROD and NON-PROD.

We tried with SystemRule "Offline Event Detection" and Dynamic Focus Query "entity.selfType: IntegrationNode". This is generating Event/Alert when any of the Integration Nodes is down. But we are looking for separate Event/Alert for PROD and NON-PROD so that Production Support team can only get PROD alerts.

To get separate Event/Alert with tried to append the Dynamic Focus Query with "entity.ace.IntegrationNode.name: <Name of Integration Node>" and tried few other options like adding "Zone name" in the query, but none of them worked.

We suspect that the Integration Node name or Zone name are not working since the Integration Node is offline.

So, need Instana to generate separate Events/Alerts for PROD and NON-PROD. This is crucial for us to implement Instana in Production, so need the resolution at the earliest.
