    Support Parquet format AWS CUR 2.0

    Team.ID in Validation Rule instead of just Author.ID

    Please expand the possibilities of the Validation Rules. Currently I have to write code only saying these Author.IDs can / can't do something. If a have a large list of Authors, the use of a Team.ID would make the rule easier to update.
