    Off button for log entry

    Customers want to have control to stop log intake in case they are approaching the maximum log intake purchased. To date, there is no mechanism to stop logs from being sent to Instana.

    Automatic agent startup on AIX after server restart

    When a server restarts, the agent does not start automatically up and observability could be lost. Although this can be done manually, there would be a margin for error.

    The instana agent should support running on jdk version 11+

    From Instana's doc, jdk 11 is required to run the instana agent. Instana agent should be able to run on jdk 11+, e.g. the latest jdk version, as cusotmers will have policy to update all of their jdk versions in their IT environment.
