OS filters in mobile app in dashboard

- For Android, we have the list of device type. So it's impossible to filter by the version of Android (Android 14, Android 15, ...). - For iOS, we have only iOS or iPadOS. So it's impossible to filter by the version (iOS 15, 16, 17, ...).

We don't have an option to apply a common filter to all the charts in a dashboard - this will be useful for adding a common filter like cluster name to all charts and reduce manual efforts

ITM SQL Agent should optimize the SQL Server plan cache usage.

Problem is that currently plans are created for every query ( samples in attached document ) that means overhead in creating a lot of plans only used once and a waste of plan cache memory.That could be optimized to reduce the plan cache memory.

I want to prevent the file /tmp/.com_ibm_tools_attach/* that TEPS starting command creates.
