vGPU Optimization & Utilization Metrics

My customers have a GPU pool for their VMs and Containers.They'd like to see the "move" or "placement" recommendations for the VMs that are using vGPU Resources.

Events should not be closed automatically until the issue gets resolved

The events are getting auto-closed in Instana for all the metrics such as Jobs, CPU, etc. We want the event to be closed only if the issue is resolved in the next poll.
