Turbo should not recommend Disk Size changes for Azure HyperScale DBs - they autoscale.

bad actions reduce faith in the product and waste time. This is distracting the customer for really good actions - like HyperScale scaling.

When Turbo lists “vCenter” as the source, I would like the specific vCenter noted – similar to how it lists cloud accounts.
