Technical Administrator User Type

It would be helpful if there could be a Technical Administrator user type/role that has most of the admin permissions but can be blocked from viewing entities in specific portfolios or processes for HR/Management use.

Ability to show the cost of deployments prior to deploying infrastructure similar to Terraform Enterprise.

One of the things missing from the developer workflow is the ability for developers to see the cost of their deployments prior to them executing the pipelines. Terraform enterprise and Infracost provide a solution to this.

Auto-Logout

It would be helpful if we could set an auto-logout after a specific amount of time.   Example: After a user has been logged in for 12 hours, force a logout so the user has to re-authenticate.

When Users are created with SSO or Frontdoor do not default their names to John Doe

Currently, if a user created through SSO/Frontdoor doesn't have First and Last Name, this user is created as John Doe. It's better to have empty names for such users.
