Suppoert Hardware Management Console (HMC) v9 and 10 or higher

I currently have lost the ability to discover HMC as the Unix admins have updated the product to v10. TADDM currenly only supports v8 or lower. Need to support v10+

Dedicated Sensor for Tomcat

Currently the only way to discover Tomcat is to use Custom Server templates. Unfortunately, information that can be collected by this method are limited. Because of that a Tomcat dedicated sensor is required.
