Provide a means of identifying/managing policies with no/empty scope groups

As a user I would like the ability to identify policies that no longer have a scope group associated or groups that no longer have any members, so that I can ensure my automation is being enforced correctly as well as reduce "clutter".

Allow customers to remove disassociated cloud accounts from Vendor Credentials

It would be good to have the ability to remove accounts from Vendor Credentials that are disassociated or removed from the cloud provider. It doesn't cause harm; it's a question of clean-up and overall management.

Filter Parking entities by custom group

At the moment if we want to park a group of VM's using Turbo we can select by Resource Group or Subscription. It would be helpful to be able filter to a group of VM's defined in a custom group or related to a specific application topology
