Currently we are using Google ADK and LiteLLM but to get traces to the Instana backend we have to use OTel which limits observabiltiy and functionality. We would like to request Google ADK support so that tracing works "out of the box".

when upgrading, we may not be able to upgrade as quickly as IBM releases (quarterly). We shuld be able to upgrade from a few revisions behind without having to do intermediate upgrades. i.e. 4.9 to 4.12 should be done in one step, not 4.9 to 4.10 to 4.11, etc.

will make it easier for environments who can't upgrade as quickly as ibm releases
