Capability to monitor database blockings & wait times in instana

We are unable to monitor databases using Instana, as we don't see options for tracking database blocking, wait times, and similar metrics. Databases: RDS Postgre MSSQL

Commitment Recommendations list should include account names

When I look at reservation recommendation list, I see only instance types. I dont know on which accounts these instances work and whom I should follow up in regards to reservations. Please add Account ID or Account names in the recommendation list.
