AD groups feature should allow assigning a default view to the group

Recently released AD group integration in Cloudability only allows user to share view with a group. We would want to be able to assign a default view to a group, so any new group member would have a default view assigned scoped to the given group.

Future FPs of TADDM should include systemd scripts for start/stop of the app. systemd is a system and service manager for Linux operating systems. It is the default initialization system for current versions of all major Linux distributions.
