Single Unified Dashboard and Management for Multiple customers

for MSP like us, it is important to have a single dashboard and management pane of Instana for ease of administration, unlike today where each customer has a different URL and support engineers end up logging into different URL for supporting client.

Scheduled reports should also be allowed to have excel/csv attachment.

Scheduled reports should also be allowed to have excel/csv attachment, currently only pdf is supported. This is useful specially for NXN reports. PFA scheduled mail which has only pdf report. The csv needs to be extracted manually.

in custom dashboards, is there an option to select % utilizations instead of absolute values. As an example for memory utilization, it shows the GB utilized, but, is there way to show % of the allocated memory used.
