Network Restriction for Shared Views

We would like the ability to restrict access to Shared Views based on being connected to a specific network.

Allow View Permissions to be different than Folder/Group Permissions

I wanted to set up standard groups that would contain many different views some of which I may or may not have permissions to. This would allow all reports to be in one group but only the reports that I have access to would I be able to view.

How do I identify the view “creator” amongst the owners? There is no indicator, that I’m aware of, for who created the view and this is an issue we would like to avoid in the future.
