Dashboard Customization

Currently, Dashboard views allow you to drag and drop lists onto it.  If two are dropped on the same lane they will appear next to each other, however user would like to change the width instead of it being even.

In Jira it's possible to add emoji response to an comment. It would be great if this option were available in Targetprocess. Even a thumbs up would suffice.

Add in dropdown all entity states for global entities (cards).

Currently dropdown for cards filter shows Initial Planned and Final, for non-global includes all entity states, this option not available for global entities.
