I would like to have an integration feature to the BMC Remedy Helpdesk which is now moving into the Helix system

The BMC Remedy Helpdesk Netcool gateway is available for many years and serve many Netcool clients. BMC is releasing a new version which is part of their new Helix system.

BI - Reuse of colors/Edit colors

Due to reuse of colors, can’t identify legend, due to color duplication on charts. Color palettes need to editable, as when trying to stay consistent, say with a given Vendor on multiple charts, the color should remain consistent, not vary each time.
