Freeze Environment and Settings When Scrolling Down

When in a BI report and scrolling down to various visualizations you lose the Environment box, along with the Current View box. Need that to stay in place/be visible when scrolling down.

Issues with ITP rows with prior months data

In ITP today, users can delete a row that has data in prior months and when a row is duplicated, prior months populate as well as future months

ITP Manual publishes result in 1 build after the final publish

Every night at 5 pm, we publish 5 tables from ITP to Cost Transparency. Each publish creates a separate calc in TBM Studio. In order to save time, we have to cancel the running calc so all builds roll up. This is a manual process.
