Provide Functionality to trigger an Anomaly based on a larger time sample. i.e Month over Month, vs Day over Dat

This helpful as they had a service that was idle for two months and it inadvertently started being used. It took a few days for it to be detected as anomalous behavior. Using a Month over Month time frame, might have triggered an alert earlier.
